I guess I will be blogging more now ! For those of you who don't know. I was laid off from work at the end of last month. It came as a surprise, but after I have worked though the pain of loosing a job I absolutely loved for 15 years, I have to admit I am a bit grateful. I know that the Lord has a plan for my family and I can't wait until we are able to look back upon this and see what it was and how each step was necessary to reach our destination. Dan and I have wanted to switch roles for a year or so now, and although this isn't the ideal way we would have gone about it, it has definitely lit a fire under us.So far I love being home with Conradical. He is definitely all about mommy.
He hardly lets me out of his sight. We have had a lot of fun together. We were able to spend some time with my parents in Utah (pictures incoming) He was such a good kid. This week I am working on teaching him colors. We are also working on our "What does a (insert whichever animal here) say?" tonight we added : What does a ghost say? BOO! So cute !

So cute !He has added a ton to his vocabulary lately. Today in Winco while shopping with me and Dan, He put his hands up and said " Where did daddy go?" I looked around and he wasn't near us. When he appeared he said "There daddy is"
The extra Britlee time has been wonderful as well. She has a boyfriend now. His name is Antonio, and they are a pretty cute couple. He spent the afternoon with us last Friday when they had no school, he is just a really nice and polite guy. She is going to homecoming with him this weekend (her first big dance going as a date and not just with friends). Her dress is adorable and I can't wait to post pictures of it.I have also enjoyed my
time spent with Dan. Its nice to have this time to spend with him. I truly feel like I have fallen even deeper in love with him. I have seen him in a different light these past weeks and want him to know when he reads this how much he means to me. I love you Dan with all my heart ! I love our life and I am very grateful to take this journey with you.
